Prospective Octane Ridge dealers are required to be in the professional business as a franchised Powersport dealer. In order to take advantage of our dealer pricing, you must apply and be approved for a dealer account. To begin the application process, click on the Dealer Login link in the upper right hand header. Then, click on the Create an Account link to fill out the preliminary application. A representative from Octane Ridge will contact you via email to obtain the required documents to complete the full dealer application process. Once documentation is received, it will take up to one business day to review and approve your full application. You will be notified via email after approval so you may log in and take advantage of your dealer pricing and benefits.

No, Octane Ridge prohibits the sale of products offered on the Octane Ridge site through an authorized dealer's website and/or through third party listing exchanges including but not limited to any type of auction website or site of this nature (i.e. Ebay and Amazon) unless the authorized dealer has been given permission to do so directly from Octane Ridge. Due to MAP policies being strictly enforced, we currently keep our authorized online dealers at a minimum.

Yes, we do not prohibit the advertisement of products by an authorized Octane Ridge dealer through media as long as they are compliant with the MAP policies in place per brand. We only prohibit the sales and distribution of products online unless you have been approved as an authorized ONLINE dealer.

At this time we do not drop ship to retail customers. We currently only ship to an authorized Octane Ridge dealership.

Octane Ridge currently does not sell to the general public online in any form. We currently only distribute our products to franchised Powersport dealers. To find an authorized Octane Ridge dealer, go to the Dealers page and use the Dealer Locator to find a dealer near you.

Consumers should contact the dealer directly with whom the product was originally purchased. They will contact the appropriate party to handle the return.

Please email info@octaneridge.com to add your dealership to the dealer locator or the dealership’s updated information and we will update the Dealer Locator as soon as possible. Dealer information we allow to be shown on the Dealer Locator includes dealership name, contact email, address, phone number and website link. Please note, your dealership will not show up if it is not within the distance specified by the consumer.
